65th Annual Vader May Day Festival

Hundreds of people descend on Vader’s city park each year on the first Saturday in May to enjoy a parade, miniature carnival and more that includes tours of the town’s historic jail and the much-beloved cakewalk. The festival is the largest event of the year in Vader and celebrates the city's heritage.

This year's event includes vendors, games for kids, a community garage sale, horseback rides and other fun stuff for the family!
