Skookumchuck River

It originates in Thurston County before arriving in Centralia, effectively running course through the city and converging with the Chehalis River near Mellen Street and Interstate 5.

Locals know the Skookumchuck well for its recreational opportunities. Locally, it's accessible through the little-known Wilbur Parkins Park in Centralia, just off Magnolia Avenue in the Logan District.
