The Lighted Tractor Parade is a delight for everyone, urban and rural, young and old. What started as a small parade with only a handful of tractors has evolved into a do-not-miss holiday experience. Around 100 entries decked out in holiday splendor with a minimum of 1,000 Christmas lights each ramble through downtown Centralia! While you’re in Centralia, the merchants and people of the Hub City invite you to “shop small” in our historic downtown, which features a unique selection of boutique stores offering antiques, custom furniture, art, clothing, handcrafted items from local artisans, and so much more. Centralia is conveniently located midway between Seattle and Portland. It’s a scenic 90-minute drive, or leave your car at home and hop aboard the Amtrak Cascades to the Centralia stop. The train station is in the center of downtown and walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and the Lighted Tractor Parade. For more information, visit the Centralia Downtown Association website.

The parade starts at 6p but make sure to get there early as the streets will be packed!

The Logging Show at Jubilee Arena in Morton attracts competitors in such events as log rolling, choker setting, axe throwing, speed climbing and much more in the centerpiece of the action. Other events for the entire family include the always-hilarious bed races that go from one city block to the next, lawnmower races at Jubilee Arena and a 10K run. Two parades offer entertainment for all ages: the Children’s Parade always precedes the Grand Parade on Saturday morning.
