Willapa Hills Farmstead and Artisan Cheese

From aged cheese to artisan spreads in a variety of flavors, Willapa Hills Farmstead and Artisan Cheese has crafted cheeses for more than seven years along the banks of the Chehalis River in west Lewis County.

Cheeses are made from sheep and cow milk, thanks to a partnership with two local family dairy farms, Willapa Hills' cheeses have become a favorite of many.

Stop into the Willapa Hills Farm Store on their property, 4680 State Route 6, is open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. most days. Check their market's website for today's hours.

Going for a ride along the Willapa Hills Trail? You'll find the farm just about 2 miles east of Pe Ell adjoining the trail, making it an ideal stop at which to enjoy a slice of Lewis County life.
