Located just off Lake Scanewa near Glenoma, this day-use park is a peaceful secluded spot for people wishing to launch a boat into the lake, go for a swim or enjoy a picnic. Shutterbugs will also find the area beautiful for gathering some photos.
The Day Use Park is the location for the annual Kids’ Fishing Derby that draws dozens of families to the area annually!
Trout fishing is available year-round from June 1 through Feb. 28.
The park is located on Falls Road, just outside Glenoma. Signs from U.S. Highway 12 direct travelers to the park’s entrance.
