Our park-like grounds are nestled among a cathedral of trees at the foot of Mt. Rainier. Conveniently located just a 15 minute drive to the Nisqually gate of the Mt. Rainier National Park, this entrance to the National Park is the only park gate remaining open year-round assuring you’ll find plenty to do regardless of the season. ​
ELKAMP (the name) was born out of the two words Elevated Camping and has come to define our thoughts and actions daily as it is our mission to ELEVATE THE ART OF CAMPING for our guests. We started our multi-year property improvement plan back in 2020, our plan is aimed at providing guests with a year-round cozy and comfortable camping resort, in spite of the forecast. It’s our goal to create the best place possible for you to retreat and commune with nature time and again.
