For decades, the Mineral Lake Lions Club and Mineral community have hosted this annual Opening Day fishing celebration. Boats will be launched, fishing lines will be cast, and the anticipation of a big catch will be everywhere. Whether you’re a seasoned angler or new to the fishing scene, everyone is welcome to try their luck at landing the biggest catch of the day.
As the day ends, gather around the campfire to share stories of the day’s adventures. Enjoy a stay at one of the nearby cabins, campgrounds, and vacation rentals. A trip to Mineral Lake, surrounded by towering trees and stunning views of majestic Mount Rainier, provides a relaxing and recharging getaway.
