After it had closed for a time, it reopened more than a decade ago and continues to bring people in by the numbers. The Roxy is the only theater showing first-run movies in East Lewis County between Chehalis and Yakima, but it’s much more than that: a community gathering place that has been the spot to see hundreds of live theater performances in its storied history. The Roxy is hosting several live plays, and also will play host to a variety of events such as a springtime festival and much more.
