Due to the nature of our mountain location, the home may lose power during weather events. Outages typically last for 2-3 hours when this occurs. Flashlights and extra blankets are provided for these occurrences. When power is out, cooking options are limited. If a guest chooses to check out during a power outage, a refund of the nightly fee will be provided. Guests choosing to keep their reservation will be charged the full booking amount.
Yard maintenance is scheduled on the 1st, 3rd, and 5th Friday of each month. The yard tech is onsite for one to two hours mowing the grass and weeding the planter beds during the day. Firewood is not provided.
