This lovely lake view apartment is built on top of a private garage. There is a panoramic view of beautiful Mayfield Lake. We made a wrap-around deck on the north and east sides (for the view). We have furnished the 1080 square foot apartment as a place we would want to live in, but we own the larger house next door as our vacation property and added the garage/apartment for our future use. The apartment offers a great getaway place for you to enjoy.
